Venue Finding Service

Whatever your event, we can help you to find the right venue for it. Our venue finding service saves you both time and money. For venue finding in the UK and abroad, we have access to a database that holds in excess of 60,000 venues. Our venue finding service offers you:

• A written proposal with a short-list of up to 3 suitable venues
• Negotiated rates and demonstrated savings for every venue proposed
• Site visits arranged when requested
• A written confirmation to ensure all details of the booking are correct with you and your confirmed venue

Event Management

In support of our event management service abroad, we partner with a network of more than 40 Destination Management Consultants (DMC’s) worldwide. Each DMC is both a resident and a professional event organiser in the country they represent. They all have an in-depth knowledge of the best places to eat, things to do and venues to host at. This means that we can put forward solutions for your abroad events with complete confidence.

We regularly manage high quality, travel incentive programmes to help clients stimulate and motivate their workforce to reach their targets and/or to reward valued clients and staff. AV Production

Our AV division has access to some of the industries highest levels of audio visual equipment in the UK, which is why we can supply support to all of our events. For our clients who organise international events, we have access to hosted buyer programmes that offer complimentary flights, accommodation, transfers and meals in order to attend International industry exhibitions and networking events. At these events our clients meet suppliers, network with DMC’s and view destinations all under one roof to ensure the planning of their future events is seamless.

For all of our clients we regularly arrange ‘FAM Trips’ or ‘Familiarisation Trips’. These are a great way to experience a venue or destination with a group of like-minded event organisers and usually involve a guided tour and an experience of the product.

We strive to maintain solid working partnerships with our clients and an intrinsic part of this is understanding which types of venues our clients prefer. Our FAM trips afford us this opportunity and also allow us to support our clients’ needs and continually innovate our service offering.
